division
examines
and analyzes
the contents
of the
publications

| Each committee
meet twice
a month,
and if
there
is an
urgent
need for
the committee
to meet,
an emergency
meeting
is called.

| The deliberation
committees
generally
decide
if a publication
is harmful
through
careful
deliberation,
discussions
and voting,
based
on the
advance
views
and opinions
provided
by our
executive
division,
related
specialists
and the
reviews
by committee
members.
